Harbor Terminology#

Here at Harbor we have a couple of unique terms that need to be learned to avoid confusion.

Location/Tower/Locker example

The Harbor Trinity#

These 3 terms everyone needs to know.

  • A Location is a physical address that contains Towers.

  • A Tower is a container that has many Lockers.

  • A Locker is the compartment where you can store items.

Getting these terms right is essential for us and you to understand how to fix any issues and to make sure we are talking about the same thing.

The most common confusion is the difference between Locker And Tower, an easy way to remember this is that:

The Tower weighs 500 pounds

harbor tower

The Locker can fit one package

harbor Locker
The rest of our terms are more self explanitory and will be introduced where needed.
Now that you understand our most important terms, you can sail anywhere you wish into our charted waters.
